Late orders placed between 15th July and 23rd August will have a 30% surcharge applied.
Orders placed after 24th August 2026 will have a 50% surcharge imposed.

Exhibitor Badge Registration
Exclusively provided by Jonas Event Technology.
- All staff who will be working on your stand are required to register for an exhibitor pass prior to the event. Order your exhibitor badges HERE.
- You will need your exhibitor pass in order to access the hall from 8:00am on Show Days and to enter the exclusive Exhibitor Drinks on Wednesday 26 August.
- There is no restriction on the number of exhibitor badges you can order for the team who will be onsite at the event, however please bear in mind the size of your stand space. For submitting multiple exhibitor badges at the same time, follow these steps:

The main point of contact will need to be registered first.

The main point of contact should receive an email with the Unique Reference Number upon registration.

Please use the Unique Reference Number to submit the rest of your team members' information.

- When you arrive at the hall for the build day of the event on Tuesday 25 August between 12:00pm - 6:00pm, head to the registration desk in the Foyer on Level 1, outside Hall 1 & B where you will be able to print out your exhibitor badge. Please retain the confirmation email as this will speed up the badge printing process.
Lead / Data Capture
Exclusively provided by Jonas Event Technology.
Jonas Event Technology, our official registration partner, offers a lead capture app that allows exhibitors to scan all attendee and exhibitor badges and collect key registration data including their name, contact details, and company information.

- An internet connection is needed to set up initially, but once logged in it can be used offline, making it a fast and easy way to capture and manage high-quality leads in real time.

Exclusively provided by Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
- There is free WiFi available in public areas and common areas within the venue at a speed of 20Mbps per device, however please be aware that this is typically only suitable for general browsing and email, and is not designed for ongoing business-critical or high-bandwidth use.
- You can order dedicated and reliable internet connections here.

A preferred AV provider will be added here in due course. Please bear with us whilst the ordering form is finalised.
Catering and Hospitality
Booth Catering is an exclusive service of Marina Bay Sands.
- Services include coffee machines, kettles, a selection of snacks, pastries and sandwiches and soft drinks.
- No outside food or drink is allowed to be given as samples unless it forms an integral portion of your day to day business and your request to sample has been approved - please see the heading 'Food and Beverage Sampling Information' below if you would like to submit a request for food or beverage sampling.
- If you do not fit the regulations for sampling, in order to have food and beverages as part of your stand you must order it through the Marina Bay Sands.

Cleaning and Waste Disposal
- Cleaning services are available to order from the Sands Expo and Convention Center for your stand.
- Any waste generated from building your stand or during breakdown including packaging, building materials and general rubbish must be removed from site.
- Any waste left onsite will incur a charge in excess of that charged for a bin, pallet or skip in advance of the event.
- Please ensure you take all your waste with you or order venue waste disposal services - you can place an order for cleaning here.
Rigging
If you wish to apply to have rigging above your stand or form part of your stand, please contact your Account Manager. There is an airspace charge of SGD $2,000 + GST if your banner application is approved. You would be responsible for arranging rigging and printing of the approved banner.
Utilities and Piped Services
- Utilities and piped services are available to order from the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

Food and Beverage Sampling Information
Sampling of food and beverage is only permitted for the producer, manufacturer or seller to promote the bigger product and where they form an essential part of the event.

There are strict sampling regulations in place, including size regulations and certain hygiene/health and safety documents. Venue approval is required if your team plans to distribute food/beverage as a giveaway.
- In order to seek approval for sampling from your stand, please email your Account Manager and boothcatering@marinabaysands.com as soon as possible with full details of the products you wish to sample from your stand and why.
- If you are not the producer, manufacturer or seller of the food and/or beverage you are looking to sample, and you still wish to have food or/and drinks available on your stand, these will be available to order directly from the venue. You can place your order for MBS catering services here.
