All space only stand exhibitors are required to complete the following steps in advance of the event, to have your build plans approved by both the venue and the event Heath and Safety Team. You can view the Stand Build Regulations for the event here.
1. Complete the Stand Activities Form
All exhibitors must complete the Stand Activities form no later than Friday, July 17th 2026.

2. Submit all Health and Safety Documents
Space Only exhibitors must submit their stand plans and supporting documents for review no later than Friday, July 17th 2026.
The more complex your space only structure is, the more information will be required. You must share the following:

Insurance Certificate (for all space only stands, we request a minimum coverage of SGD $3 million covering 24-27 August 2026, valid for an Exhibition within Singapore)

Please email the above documents to samchan@opt-safe.com and tbsasia@sunyauexpo.com.sg for review, and copy in your Account Manager. To ensure there is no delay with processing the documents, please use the email subject 'TBS Asia 2026 H&S Forms - Company Name, Stand Number'.

All external contractors will need to request Vehicle Passes from Sunyau Expo, please reach out to tbsasia@sunyauexpo.com.sg.
Space Only Stands are not provided with flooring or any build. If you have not yet arranged a contractor to build your stand, reach out to Sunyau Expo, our Show Contractors, who may be able to help. All Space Only stands must provide their own flooring, it is not possible to use the venue floor within your stand space. This is available to hire from Sunyau Expo
3. Complete the Sands Expo and Convention Centre Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Industry Briefing
All exhibitors and contractors must complete the Sands Expo and Convention Centre Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Industry Briefing prior to arriving onsite. This is a mandatory requirement for everyone working within the venue.

Once completed, you will need to have your confirmation email to hand whilst onsite. The venue may carry out spot-checks and if you cannot produce your certificate, you will need to stop working whilst you complete the briefing.
4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
All personnel must wear PPE as required by Marina Bay Sands WSH requirements and the nature of the work being undertaken:
- High-visibility clothing must be worn at all times whilst working within the venue.
- Open-toed footwear, sandals and high heels are prohibited during build-up and breakdown periods.
- Additional PPE, including safety footwear, safety helmets, eye protection, gloves, respiratory protection and fall-arrest equipment, must be worn where required by the nature of the activity being undertaken in alignment with the risk assessment which has been carried out.
The Organiser and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any individual not wearing the required PPE or undertaking work in an unsafe manner.
