I'm the CEO of Celerity LLC, where I lead a team dedicated to helping businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale through customized outsourcing solutions. With more than a decade of experience in the BPO industry, I have focused on streamlining operations and delivering measurable results for clients around the world. 

Since 2013, Celerity has leveraged more than 40 years of combined industry experience to build reliable offshore teams, develop software solutions, and support a wide range of business processes. We have trained over 10,000 agents and have the capability to scale quickly to meet our clients' evolving needs.

In June 2025, I encountered one of the most significant challenges of my professional career when a dispute arose involving my Filipino and U.S. business partners concerning investments and assets that I helped build. This matter is currently the subject of ongoing legal proceedings and coordination with Philippine law enforcement as I work to recover assets and protect my rights. 

I share this experience not only as part of my personal journey, but also as a cautionary example for others considering international outsourcing partnerships. Outsourcing abroad can provide tremendous opportunities, but it also requires rigorous due diligence, strong legal protections, and carefully structured agreements. My hope is that by sharing what I have experienced, others can better understand the risks involved and avoid similar challenges. 

Despite this setback, I remain committed to moving forward with integrity, resilience, and determination. Adversity has only strengthened my resolve to rebuild, create new opportunities, and continue helping businesses grow through operational excellence and innovation.
