Ronald Tong

Director of Business Development (Singapore Public Sector), Zoom Communications, Inc.

Ronald is part of Zoom's Asia Leadership Team, as the Director of Business Development for the Singapore Public Sector. 

Previously, he led business strategy, development & growth leadership in other roles such as Senior Vice President in Economic Development Board, Deputy Head of Singapore's national space office, and Senior Project Officer (Corporate Strategy) The Ascott Ltd, CapitaLand.

He is a public service veteran, having served 22 years in military and government service as an F-16 fighter pilot, squadron commander, defence policy and international relations director, and group head of strategies and plans, and now as a Colonel (national service) in the RSAF. 

He continues to pursue of lifelong learning, more recently through the Stanford Graduate School of Business Sloan Fellow program (MSx), the Board Director accreditation programme with the Singapore Institute of Directors and also being on committees in the American Chambers of Commerce in Singapore.
