En Khong is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in Accounting & Small Business Advisory. He is cloud strategist and business operations expert focused on scaling modern businesses through optimised offshoring models and technology integration. By combining advanced AI systems with high-efficiency offshore talent, En enables businesses to eliminate manual bottlenecks, ensure compliance, and transition towards high-value client services.
En is also a Mentor in the Sprint, Pre-Accelerator and Female Founder Programs. He offers one-on-one sessions with startups and entrepreneurs, providing business advice and coaching. En frequently presents Masterclasses for these programs. Previous experience includes being a dedicated tax trainer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
En runs his own accounting and offshoring business and has first-hand experience on the efficiency of offshoring and AI processes. He advocates for adopting AI-driven, offshore talent structures to empower businesses with scalable operational capacity.
