Allie Nail is a Customer Education Trainer for Asia at Xero, where she helps businesses across the region build confidence with Xero's platform and develop the skills needed to get the most out of their software. Her work focuses on making technology accessible and practical — guiding businesses not just to adopt Xero, but to truly embed it into the way they work every day.

With nearly a decade of experience in learning design, enablement and professional development across Asia-Pacific, Allie has designed and delivered training programs for customers, partners and commercial teams at leading global technology companies including TikTok, Workday and Palo Alto Networks. Her work is grounded in a practical, people-centred approach - helping businesses not just adopt new technology, but truly embed it into the way they work.

Originally from the United States, Allie has lived and worked across Asia for over a decade and holds a Master of Social Science in Asia-Pacific Affairs from National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan.
