It all began with a single piece of chalk.
In 1978, entrepreneur Mr. Alf Moufarrige was preparing to launch a new venture. Like many business owners, he needed office space, a receptionist, and administrative support. He soon realised these costs were consuming profits while the space and support team were not being fully utilised.
Rather than accept the traditional office model, he developed a simple yet revolutionary idea: businesses could share premium office infrastructure, professional support, and resources while only paying for what they needed.
From a corner office in Sydney's iconic MLC Centre, Mr. Moufarrige used a piece of chalk to divide the space - and Servcorp was born.
What started as a simple concept quickly grew, pioneering the Virtual Office industry in 1980 and expanding into major cities around the world. Today, Servcorp supports more than 57,000 businesses through a global network of over 150 premium locations across 20 countries.
