About the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore
The British Chamber of Commerce Singapore has supported businesses since 1954, providing a dynamic ecosystem for around 3,500 members across 300 organisations.
As part of the British Chambers of Commerce Global Network and BiSEA, it connects UK and Singapore-based startups, SMEs, and MNCs across diverse industries. Two-thirds of its Singapore network are British nationals or work for UK-headquartered firms.
The Chamber actively engages with the Singapore Government on key issues such as Free Trade Agreements, the UK-Singapore Digital Economy Agreement, and sustainability initiatives. It also operates within the SG-UK Strategic Partnership, promoting collaboration in areas such as economic growth, defence, climate action, innovation, and public sector cooperation.
Led by an Executive Team and governed by an elected Board, the Chamber’s mission is to drive British business growth in Singapore, create opportunities, share industry knowledge, and support UK exporters.
It delivers this through events, services, and committee work, with membership options for all business stages.
