Chia Kok Wei also known as Kei Chia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Finnex Pte Ltd. Established in 2018, Kei Chia aims to pursue a next evolution in corporate finance advisory and management consulting thus FINNEX is named where FIN meaning Finance and NEX meaning Next Evolution. Finnex is also pronounced as "Phoenix" which mean rebirth. Finnex motto is to grow together with their clients' businesses with our knowledge, connections and experiences and bring about Growth, Stability & Sustainability (GSS) in their organisation. Kei Chia's entrepreneurial spirit is born from observing his father who started his business practically from scratch. He learned running a business is about having proper systems in place and treating the employees right. Most importantly, being willing to impart skills and knowledge without the fear of losing any. Kei Chia also achieved his Registered Management Consultant certification in 2021 and founded Finnex Management Consulting Pte Ltd (FMC), with the aim of strengthening the core capabilities of SMEs with EDG supported projects using his self-developed Business Doctor System. To date, he has assisted many businesses ranging from micro businesses to listed companies on matters of working capital gaps to business remodelling. Keis ability in creating and improvising effective strategies for his clients is derived from the insights he has gained by observing the SMEs presenting ideas "out of the box". Kei Chia was also a winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2016.
