Yen Yee develops and facilitates programmes for raiSE and ecosystem partners to share insights and experiences in the areas of business and social impact, thereby developing capabilities in social enterprises, companies and social service agencies looking to create social impact in a sustainable manner. She also oversees the engagement of SEs and stakeholders to elevate raiSE's value and credibility as a membership body through the curation of membership benefits, refinement of raiSE's membership evaluation framework, and organising of networking and outreach activities.
