Sudhanshu Tewari is the CEO and Co-founder of Rewardz, a market leader in Asia's reward and recognition space. As a mobile first company, Rewardz provides SaaS platforms to run employee reward, channel incentives and customer loyalty programs with ease supported by a marketplace of over 1,200 partners. Founded in 2012, Rewardz is headquartered in Singapore and one of the earliest adopters of generative AI in the industry.

Sudhanshu is also an active angel investor and member of SEA Founders since 2021. He hails from a banking background with over 10 years of experience with reputable investment banks. He has served as Vice President at JP Morgan and played executive roles at RBS and Credit Suisse where he was instrumental in implementing bank-wide trading platforms. His corporate experience makes him well-qualified to understand how large organisations operate and how to drive productivity using innovative employee engagement tools.
