Simon Ang leads the GoBusiness team in the Moments of Life (MOL) division in GovTech, and for the last 6 years, he has been interacting with business owners on the ground to understand their painpoints. Prior to this, he was leading the LifeSG team where he played a pivotal role in transforming the MOL (Families) mobile app into LifeSG today. In both products, he works with a team of product managers, developers and user experience designers to understand the user journey, define, prototype, develop and test digital services for the public.
