Zhou Shaowei leads the GoBusiness engagement team in the Moments of Life (MOL) division in GovTech, interacting with business owners to discover and understand their pain points. Prior to this, he was in the VICA (Virtual Intelligent Chat Assistant) team where he played a pivotal role in transforming how the citizens are interacting with Government portals today. He works with a team of product managers, engagement manager, developers and user experience designers to understand user journeys, define, prototype, develop and test public services.
