Puay Lim, the Commercial Director at Glints, has overseen the company's commercial strategy and operations across various business units since January 2021. 

Puay previously served as a senior business leader at BIMA from 2012 to 2020, an Insurtech providing affordable life and health insurance to underserved communities. He played a pivotal role in BIMA’s growth from Series A to Series D funding, driving P&L growth in Asia from the ground up to tens of millions in annual revenue. 

Puay also brings a wealth of experience from his tenure in management consulting at TMT-focused boutique firms such as Analysys Mason and Spectrum, along with valuable insights from his stints in public service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Puay’s extensive background in business growth and strategy makes him a distinguished leader in the industry.
