Leah Tan is the Director of Asia Pacific at Talent Plus, where she leads client solutions and the global interviewing team. As a certified Master Trainer and Management Consultant, she applies Talent Plus’ proprietary Science of Talent ® tools to deliver strengths-based talent management projects. Leah is a key facilitator for the Lead Charger Leadership Program at Singapore Management University (SMU). With over a decade of consulting experience at Talent Plus, she specializes in analysing and selecting top performers using scientifically defined success criteria.

Leah coach leaders, supporting organizational growth through talent selection, onboarding, development, engagement, retention strategies, performance management, and coaching. Her background includes six years at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, where she advanced from club concierge to learning executive. She leveraged her service industry experience to customize development programs, enhancing employee capabilities through real-world illustrations and methodologies in her workshops.
