Zana Gawan-Taylor is the Founder and CEO of BSA Solutions Inc., a people-first offshoring firm that builds high-performing, professional teams for global businesses. Drawing on more than 25 years in the energy, shipbuilding, and finance sectors across Australia, Malaysia, and the UAE, Zana has led large, technically complex capital and infrastructure projects, including fast aluminium ferries and major power and gas pipeline assets. A CPA, Zana combines deep financial and operational discipline, robust risk management, and hands-on leadership of cross-functional engineering, commercial, and delivery teams. At BSA, she applies this technical and project‑driven mindset to the outsourcing world—designing secure, process-driven, and technically proficient offshore teams in operations, finance, engineering support, and shared services that plug seamlessly into onshore organisations. Her mission is to redefine offshoring by pairing rigorous execution and governance with a culture of care, development, and opportunity—especially for Millennial and Gen Z talent in the Philippines and Malaysia.
