William leads the Midmarket and Small Business Sales team for Asia, overseeing an organisation that covers markets including ASEAN, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

William ultimately owns Zoom’s strategy and execution to drive accelerated revenue growth across Asia, leveraging best-of-breed sales programs that weave sales and AI technology.  Under his care is a team of high-performing managers and sales reps that specialise in delighting and adding value to Zoom’s fast-growing midmarket/small business segment. Prior to joining Zoom, William accumulated extensive experience in both MNCs and start ups where he led sales for the SMB segment across Asia Pacific and Japan, with a team of more than 30 high-caliber sales representatives and managers. William is originally from Palo Alto, but has lived and worked in Beijing, Boston, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Milan, and Singapore.
