Stef Chua is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Vault Personnel Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based HR consultancy with regional presence in Malaysia. She started the business during the COVID-19 pandemic, building it into a one-stop HR consultancy specialising in HR transformation, workforce strategy and CHRO-as-a-Service solutions for SMEs across APAC.

With almost two decades of industry experience, Stef actively supports businesses in workforce development and business transformation initiatives. A sought-after speaker, she has addressed more than 2,000 audiences through conferences, corporate engagements and educational platforms, speaking on topics such as AI and job redesign, the future of work, women’s workforce participation and strategic HR practices for SMEs. Stef is also a recognised HR thought leader, contributing insights to platforms including The Straits Times Jobs and Workforce Singapore, and was recently invited to represent Singapore in discussions on women’s economic participation in the AI era.
