A corporate-turned Entrepreneur with almost 2 decades of HR experience, Stef founded Vault Personnel at the peak of Covid-19 and currently serves as the Principal Consultant in the Company. She is also a Professional Certified Management Consultant accredited by Tuv Sud.

What started as an Employment Agency had evolved into a One-Stop HR company serving clients across Asia Pacific. In 2022, Stef embarked on her speaking journey on HR topics at various events to over 1,000 attendees.
