Sharon is the Managing Director and Head of SME Banking at DBS Bank. Prior to this, she served as the Singapore Chief Operating Officer, working alongside the Country CEO to advance key priorities for the bank's largest market. Sharon started her career as a Management Associate in DBS and has since held leadership roles in digital payments and consumer finance, wealth management and POSB over the past 15 years.
