Sanjay Rekhi
Sanjay Rekhi is a technocrat-turned-entrepreneur with over 25 years of international corporate and business leadership experience. A Computer Science graduate from MIT Manipal, he built his early career in global technology firms including Intel, Zoom, Microsemi and CASA Systems, leading international sales and business development across APAC and global markets.
He is the Founder & CEO of Genie Collective Group, a Singapore-based hospitality group with annual revenues exceeding SGD 10 million and multiple award-winning brands including Beirut Grill, ADDA, Magic Carpet Lounge, and Kebabs Faktory. Under his leadership, Beirut Grill was named Best Middle Eastern Restaurant 2024 by the Restaurant Association of Singapore, while ADDA earned Global Indian Restaurant of the Year.
Sanjay is a World Gourmet Award winner, Singapore Restaurateur of the Year, and an advocate of “Food Meets Tech,” pioneering robotics and AI integration in QSR dining. He actively mentors students and entrepreneurs, believing that a degree is a toolkit — not a cage.
