Rashmi Patel is Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition (Red Hat) at IBM , where she leads enterprise-wide transformation of how organizations attract, build, and deploy talent. With over 25 years of experience across technology and financial services, she has held leadership roles spanning talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, and learning.

Rashmi has led large-scale global transformations, including redesigning talent management frameworks and advancing AI-enabled and skills-based approaches to workforce strategy. Her work has been recognized through industry awards including Brandon Hall Excellence Gold Awards. 

Having worked as both an entrepreneur and a corporate leader, Rashmi brings a practical, business-focused perspective to building teams that scale by helping organizations translate talent decisions into real growth outcomes.
