Oommen Abraham is a seasoned HR leader, executive coach, and organisation development consultant with over 32 years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience. After two decades in senior HR leadership roles spanning strategic and operational HR, he founded his own HR consulting organisation, through which he has successfully led transformational initiatives for the past 10 years in the areas of leadership coaching, organisation development, and change management.

He is the architect of “GB HERMES – Entry to Exit HRMS Software,” a comprehensive HRMS platform designed to support end-to-end people management processes. Recognised for his contributions to the HR profession, he was honoured as the “Most Powerful HR Professional in India” at the Asia Pacific HR Congress held in Singapore in 2010.
