With a background in learning and development, Nicholas believes in making technology accessible and relevant. His mantra, “learn, teach, repeat,” reflects his approach to simplifying topics like CRM, AI, and business systems into real-world applications.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking trails, kayaking, and exploring different sports.
