Michael brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning recruitment agencies, in-house talent acquisition, RPOs, business development, and people operations, with a strong focus on financial services, Web3, and FinTech startups. Before co-founding Cygnify, Michael worked with renowned organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, PwC, and several high-growth tech startups. Most recently, he served as the SVP of People & Talent Acquisition at a blockchain FinTech startup. Throughout his career, Michael has cultivated a vast network and built key relationships across the APAC region, driving impactful talent solutions in dynamic and emerging industries.
