Melanie Sharpe Nseir is the Chief of Staff for Microsoft Small Medium Enterprises & Channel Segment in Asia. 

With over 14 years at Microsoft, Melanie has been a driving force behind strategic change initiatives and business transformations across technical and engineering teams, sales, customer success, consulting, and HR. She has successfully led significant business model shifts, organizational changes, and cloud growth strategies through to execution and operations. Melanie's passion for simplifying complex challenges and achieving sustainable growth is evident in her hands-on approach and her ability to bring people along on the journey.

Melanie is known for her empathetic leadership and people-centric approach to building high-performing, trusting teams. She is a coach and mentor who leads with a bias toward action and with urgency.
