Matt Kurlanzik is the Head of Government Relations at PayPal for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. Matt focuses on policy and regulatory issues impacting the digital payments ecosystem, enabling cross-border commerce for businesses of all sizes, and advocating for smart policy solutions to tackle scams and fraud.
Matt has led public policy teams across Asia for more than a decade, previously at The Walt Disney Company, YouTube, and 21st Century Fox. He holds a BS in International Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland and an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University.
