Dr. Maria Singson is the Founder and CEO of SMEMojo, a Singapore-based platform that assesses startups and SMEs on the dimensions that matter most beyond financials — culture, strategy, and scalability — giving investors and founders a depth of insight that balance sheets alone cannot provide. Before SMEMojo, she served as Innovation Lab Leader at Dun & Bradstreet, Chief Science Officer at Genpact, and VP of Customer Success at IBM APAC, building a career at the intersection of data science, business intelligence, and emerging markets. She also founded twoMS.co, an analytics consulting firm that helped institutional investors extract predictive power from alternative data. Most recently, she created The Human Edge Academy, which trains critical thinking and judgment for the emerging workforce — college graduates, young professionals, and career transitioners — entering an AI-driven economy. Maria holds a PhD in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine, and is based in Singapore.
