Jun Allego founded HitchVA in Singapore in 2019. After seeing the life-changing results of ethical employment for Filipino professionals, Jun’s sister, Angelie Balagosa, opened offices in Australia in 2023 and expanded the candidate portfolio beyond VAs to focus on her expertise — technology outsourcing and recruitment. So, Hitch Tech Talent Outsourcing was founded.

As a passionate Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, Jun has reached more than 50,000 individuals from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and organisations internationally. He has joined various training organisations including not-for-profits like Toastmasters International. Jun advocates the importance of being able to connect and relate well with people.
