After 15 years of working over a decade of experience in the technology sector and a wish to have more time with her kids, Josephine cofounded Progression Search in 2011– a Executive Search firm specializing in revenue generating hires across APJ. More than ten years later, with several accolades—including being honoured as LinkedIn's Top Socially Engaged Agency out of 60,000 firms, Josephine and her team established a strong reputation hiring pioneer teams for the most iconic tech companies in the world.

As a member of Continental Search Alliance, their business extends to Europe and US, providing clients local talent insights through a global network.

In 2018, she founded Mathilda®, a next generation hiring system that helps lean hiring teams automate tasks whilst creating stellar employer branding and candidate experience, attracting and hiring top talent. Today, her kids (together with colleagues' children) spend loads of time playing and studying in the kid friendly office.
