Harsha Subnavees is a global supply chain leader dedicated to transforming logistical networks into resilient engines for future growth. Currently serving as Vice President of Network Strategy and Risk at Schneider Electric in Singapore, Sriharsha specializes in designing agile global footprints that withstand geopolitical, social, and economic volatility.
With a career spanning leadership roles at Dell Technologies and McKinsey & Company, he brings a unique "end-to-end" perspective to supply chain design—balancing cost-effectiveness with cutting-edge go-to-market strategies. Sriharsha holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from IIT (BHU) Varanasi.
