With a strong focus on driving meaningful customer engagement, he is passionate about enabling businesses to connect with their audiences in a timely, relevant, and personalized way. Gerald has a deep understanding of Asia’s fast-evolving digital landscape and works closely with companies, from ambitious startups to
established market leaders, to unlock scalable, data-driven growth. His approach blends strategic insight with a hands-on understanding of Martech, helping brands turn customer engagement into a real competitive advantage.
He is a strong advocate for the power of human connection in an increasingly automated world and believes that great engagement starts with empathy. Outside of work, Gerald enjoys home life with his six-month-old Cavapoo puppy, Louie. Energetic, affectionate, and mischievous, Louie brings Gerald daily doses of joy, comic relief, and the occasional hunt for missing socks.
