Froilan Mendoza is the Founder and CTO of Fulcrum Solutions, a New York-based CTO-as-a- Service and software development partner. He leads Fulcrum’s work across strategy, product development, and delivery, helping clients build software with the right technical foundations for growth. Under his leadership, Fulcrum has earned recognition on the Inc. Regionals Northeast list and as one of the Best Workplaces in the Philippines. Froilan holds an MS in Information Systems from NYU Courant and Stern and brings nearly two decades of experience in software, product, and regularly speaks on AI, scaling, compliance, and building high-performing technology teams.
