Froilan is the Founder & CTO of Fulcrum Solutions, a NewYork-based, top rated agency helping founders and business owners build and scale their startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses. Fulcrum specializes in providing end-to-end CTO and Software Development services through a diverse team of remote workers around the world, with R&D centers in the Philippines and Columbia. 

Froilan has over 15 years of experience founding and scaling NY Startups, with successes ranging from venture funding, acceptance to top tech accelerators and acquisition. Froilan has also been an adjunct Computer Science lecturer at various colleages and universities in New York.
