Eric Lim Wee Hiok is an experienced Consultant-Trainer professional with more than 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, Transformation and Human Resource. He prides himself as first a consultant, understanding organization needs and culture before playing the role as a trainer or a coach. As a trainer, he is a highly sought after trainer who has clocked more than 5000 hours of training. His main training forte are Leadership Development, Service Excellence and Team Development

He has represented the Singapore government as a transformation consultant in G2G projects, facilitating areas such as process re-engineering and change management. He is highly experienced in the facilitation of strategic retreats and Change Management, utilizing the ability to ask challenging questions, and sharing strategic case studies. 

He has working experience in the public sector, hospitality, banking and finance and is now the Head of Learning and Development for ComfortDelGro and SBS Transit.
