Ciyi Lim is Head of Cross-Border Payments for Visa in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. In her role, Ciyi leads cross-border priorities across the region within Visa’s Products and Solutions organization, partnering closely with teams across markets to strengthen performance and build scalable propositions that support growth across travel, eCommerce, and new/emerging cross-border flows and verticals like gaming!

Ciyi’s work spans both strategy and execution - helping shape how cross-border payment experiences evolve as consumer and business behaviors shift, including the rise of new always-on spending patterns that go beyond traditional travel and tourism. She brings a strong focus on practical problem-solving at scale, including improving payment success outcomes, expanding FX and multicurrency propositions, and developing travel-related capabilities and go-to-market approaches in partnership with cross-functional teams.
