Chitra Shinde is an accomplished leader with almost 3 decades of experience in the logistics industry. She currently serves as Vice President, Operations, at DHL Express Singapore, a position she has held since March 2024.

Chitra's journey with DHL began as a Management Trainee at DHL Express India and has since taken on diverse roles across six countries, including India, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Australia, and New Zealand. Her exceptional leadership during the pandemic in New Zealand, where she oversaw rapid expansion, led to her appointment as the Vice President of Operations in Singapore.

In her role, Chitra is dedicated to driving growth for DHL Express business and market share by delivering exceptional service quality to customers.

Chitra is a Certified Independent Director, an M.B.A in Finance and Marketing from KIMS (Karnatak University). She also holds a Diploma in Strategic Management from Macquarie University, Sydney.
