Benjamin Wee is the co-founder and Chief Product & Sustainability Officer of PlanetWise, a Climate Tech startup dedicated to simplifying carbon and ESG reporting for businesses. With over 15 years of experience in supply chain, hospitality, manufacturing, and food services, Benjamin specialises in transforming sustainability goals into practical, scalable solutions.

He has guided organisations across Asia in developing sustainability policies, aligning people, processes, and systems to streamline ESG reporting. As a consultant and trainer, he has delivered sustainability and carbon management programs to organisations of all sizes—empowering teams to take meaningful climate action.

Benjamin was recognised with Top Achievement Awards for driving packaging waste reduction through sustainable procurement practices. He was the co-chair the Sustainable Procurement Pledge Singapore Chapter (2022-2024) and contributed to national working groups on sustainability and governance.

Through PlanetWise, Benjamin helps businesses capture, convert, track, and disclose environmental data—making sustainability accessible, actionable, and impactful for organisations of all sizes.
