Apple Esplana-Manansala is the co-owner and Vice President of PuzzleBox BPO Inc., a 24x7 BPO offering digital and intelligent outsourcing solutions based in Manila operating since 2013. PuzzleBox services multiple, high profile clients across several verticals such as customer support management, social media strategy and content production, game support testing and management, web and e-Commerce management among others. She has been in Marketing, Media and Business Development for more than 20 years who worked for companies such as SM Supermalls, Level Up! Inc., Galileo Enrichment Learning Program and advertising’s adobo magazine. Apple has worked as global consultants for Social Jasmin in the US and HFSE International School in Singapore. She  has been instrumental in the growth of these companies on branding, strategy and business development.

At the same time, Apple sits as the President and Chief Executive Producer of The New Channel (TNC) Media Corp., an alternative new media platform which was launched during the global pandemic. TNC has shows produced and streamed around Asia and the US aside from the Philippines. In Apple’s pursuit to the use and respect of #DigitalForGood she created a community called, Global Women Who RULE, which features outstanding and game changing Filipino women leaders from various industries around the world. Aside from GWWR, Apple also developed family and relationship guided online show concepts such as Me and My Outstanding and Like Father Like Son which promotes the value of honouring your parents and loving your family as its core. In 2024, Apple signed up as the Karaoke World Championships (KWC) country partner and co-producer for the Philippines. This allows Filipino singers to leverage in the global stage. 

A graduate of Fine Arts major in advertising, a certified Digital Leader and an MSME hero awardee. 

Apple is a strong personality in one – a Filipino ethnic-Fashion supporter, a chatterbox, an adventurous traveller, a marketing guru, a doting daughter, a sister to many, a happy wife and a dedicated mother. Apple’s passion and commitment to her work is only surpassed by her love and dedication for her family.
