I am a seasoned business leader with over 22 years of global experience spanning strategic operations, customer success, sales growth, GTM strategy, and partnership management across multiple high-impact industries including Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Shipping & Logistics, SaaS, and Lead & Demand Generation.

Currently serving as the Head of Sales & Growth at First Connect Digital, I lead strategic business expansion initiatives, enterprise partnerships, and full-funnel demand generation programs focused on helping global technology brands accelerate pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Over the course of my career, I have held leadership and operational roles with globally recognized organizations and enterprise ecosystems. My early career included working with Citibank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. through Mphasis, where I gained deep expertise in banking operations, customer management, and process excellence. Later joined EXL Service, supporting insurance operations for Allstate, strengthening his experience in operational transformation and client delivery management.

At IBM, I managed workforce management and strategic operations for major global clients including TalkTalk, Highmark Health, and American Auto Parts, driving operational efficiency and large-scale service management initiatives. Further expanded my global leadership exposure at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where I managed global capacity and growth functions within the shipping and logistics sector.

Transitioning into the technology and SaaS space, I led SaaS product sales at Faronics, contributing to business development, customer engagement, and growth strategy execution. My journey into modern B2B marketing and demand generation saw me work with organizations such as Ziff Davis and Bython Media, where I specialized in lead generation, account-based marketing, and integrated demand generation solutions for enterprise technology clients.

My core expertise lies in Strategic Operations, Customer Success, Client & Project Management, Global Partnership Management, GTM Strategy, and Brand Content Thought Leadership. I am known for building scalable growth frameworks, managing cross-functional global teams, and creating customer-centric business strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
