Andy Jenkins is co-founder of Rhumbl Group, a Singapore-based executive search firm specialising in the global energy and commodities sector. With over two decades of experience spanning executive search and talent advisory, Andy brings a rare combination of agency expertise and deep in-house knowledge to every assignment. 

Prior to founding Rhumbl, Andy spent nearly five years at bp, most recently as Head of Executive Hiring for Asia Pacific, where he led the recruitment of the company's top 1,200 global leaders, including Board-level appointments. Before bp, he held senior roles at Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and other leading search firms, building a career focused exclusively on energy and natural resources.
