Adrian Hia is the Managing Director for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Kaspersky, driving the company’s expansion, market influence, and business growth across the region. With a sharp focus on the fast-evolving enterprise cybersecurity landscape, Adrian leads strategic initiatives to strengthen Kaspersky’s footprint and unlock new market opportunities.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in global tech firms, Adrian is a dynamic leader recognised for building high-growth businesses, breaking into new markets, and delivering game-changing results. 

Before joining Kaspersky, Adrian held senior leadership roles at top global technology firms, including Senior Vice President at Zscaler, Country Manager of Singapore at VMware, Regional Director at Oracle, and Regional CDP Manager at Sun Microsystems. 

His achievements have earned industry-wide recognition, including the Executive of the Year (Computer Software) award at the SBR Management Excellence Awards 2024.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Computer Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
