Build-up Day (Pre-show): Tuesday 25th August 2026
SHELL SCHEME SETUP:
- Tuesday 25th August: 12:00pm - 6:00pm [Subject to change until June 1st 2026]
- If you arrive before 2:00pm, you will not be allowed into the hall to drop anything off or begin the set up of your stand, due to venue health and safety regulations.
SPACE ONLY BUILD:
- Please speak with your Account Manager regarding space only access times.

You will be sent a vehicle access pass closer to the event. This must be printed out and displayed on your vehicle dashboard. Digital passes or those displayed on a phone/tablet will not be accepted. Please ensure you have printed both the build day and breakdown passes, as there will not be any spare copies available to collect on the day.
All exhibitors and contractors must wear suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) during build up and breakdown. This must include a hi-vis vest and closed-toe shoes. Without these, you will not be permitted entry into the hall. Please ensure this is passed onto any couriers who will be making deliveries on your behalf.

No under 16s are allowed into the halls during build or breakdown for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you.
Exhibition Open Days: Wednesday 26th & Thursday 27th August 2026
DAY 1: WEDNESDAY
Exhibitor Access: 8:00am for final stand preparations, all building must be completed on Tuesday 25th.
Doors Open: 10:00am.
Doors Close: 5:00pm.
Exhibitor Party Details:
Join us for exclusive exhibitor networking drinks after the first day of the show. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow exhibitors and sponsors, enjoy a complimentary drink, and meet the show organisers. Don't forget to bring your exhibitor badge for entry!

BREAKDOWN: THURSDAY EVENING ONLY

Space Only Exhibitors: Please reach out to your Account Manager to confirm your access during breakdown.
A hi-vis vest and closed-toe shoes must be worn once breakdown begins. This is for your own safety as there will be vehicles moving around the hall.
Important Breakdown Notice
- All materials or waste generated from your stand or during breakdown including packaging, building materials and general rubbish must be removed from site.
- Any excessive waste left behind will incur additional charges, which will be billed to you after the event.
- Pre-ordering a waste collection and disposal for breakdown is typically more cost-effective than paying any post-event chargebacks.
- Please ensure you take all your waste with you or order venue waste disposal services. An ordering form will be made available soon.
Parking
The public car parking at Marina Bay Sands is on a first‐come‐first‐serve basis at the prevailing car parking rates and according to the official operating hours (car park is 24/7).
- Please present your exhibitor badge at the Level One Concierge Desk to receive a coupon for discounted parking ($12.84) at Marina Bay Sands.
- The Level One Concierge Desk is located to the left of the event Registration Desk in the Foyer, and will be open between 8:00am and 5:30pm each day.
- You will be given one concession coupon which will provide a discounted parking rate.
- One exhibitor badge is redeemable for one concession coupon per day, per exhibitor only. The coupon is valid on the day of redemption until 11:59pm.
- Please note that clearance height at the Public Car Park is 2.0 metres.

If you are joining us at the Exhibitor Drinks on Wednesday 26th August, please ensure you collect your Concession Coupon before 5:30pm.
