Our Founders

Jun Allego founded HitchVA in Singapore in 2019. After seeing the life-changing results of ethical employment for Filipino professionals, Jun’s sister, Angelie Balagosa, opened offices in Australia in 2023 and expanded the candidate portfolio beyond VAs to focus on her expertise — technology outsourcing and recruitment. And so, Hitch – Tech Talent Outsourcing was founded.

Jun and Angelie were born and raised in a humble family in the Philippines. Growing up, they experienced poverty and built resilience. Their family used education as the vehicle to a better life. It’s these foundations of hard work, resilience and an understanding of how education has life-changing impacts that drives them to provide ethical employment options and deliver exceptional service.
